Nance wins at Friendship

ELKIN — Bryan Nance of Ronda captured the Limited Sportsman feature at Friendship Motor Speedway Saturday night.


Buck Stevens of Statesville claimed his second Open Wheel Modified feature in three weeks and Austin Caudle of Cooleemee claimed his second straight Xtreme Stock feature.


Other winners Saturday night included North Wilkesboro’s Chad Call in Super Stock 4; Mount Airy’s Kevin Gwyn in the Renegades; Belwood’s Ron Parker in the SECA Crate Late Models; and Kasey Shane in the UCars.


The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series will run Saturday night at Friendship. Gates open at 3:30; driver’s meeting at 6. Admission for grandstands is $20 (ages 13 and up) and $5 (ages 9-12). Pit admission is $32 (ages 13 and up) and $11 (ages 9-12). Kids 8 and under are free.


The Limited Sportsman Division will have the night off.
