Disney’s The Little Mermaid Junior, at Boonville Elementary School, will be presented March 22nd and 23rd at 7:00 and March 24th on Sunday at 2:00. Directed and Choreographed by Miranda Lowder with music direction by Ginger Holt. Come join Ariel and her friends as they go “Under the Sea.” . The musical, based on Hans Christian Andersen's beloved story, features a cast of 38 students from 4th through 6th grade. It has music by 8-time Academy Award-winner Alan Menken; Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR. is a beautiful love story for the ages. Featuring the popular songs from the movie and Broadway musical “Part of Your World,” “Kiss the Girl” and the Academy Award-winning “Under the Sea.” In a magical kingdom beneath the sea, the fun-loving young mermaid Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. Tickets are $6 and they can be bought at the door. All tickets are general seating, so be sure to arrive early.
