Yadkin County Parks and Recreation to host youth fishing day

The Yadkin County Parks and Recreation Department and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission is sponsoring a youth fishing day.

The event will take place on May 19 at the Yadkin County Park located at 6600 Service Road, Yadkinville, directly behind the YMCA.

The youth fishing is for ages 15 and under and will be from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

Fishing poles and bait will be provided by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission
