The preparation for graduation can be very time consuming and stressful for many seniors. The stress hits not only seniors but others such as the people who are head over graduation.

Chris Hauser, Seth Davis and Daniel Hutchens are the directors of Forbush High School’s graduation. They are in charge of assigning graduation tickets, handing out cap and gowns, and organizing the ceremony. Students are responsible for filling out all information needed for graduation, showing up on time for pictures, and keeping their grades up to make sure they can graduate.

Students are required to wear certain attire for graduation. The senior females are required to wear a dress without a collar and one that cannot be seen under their gown. The males have to wear navy or black dress pants, a white button up shirt, and a solid black tie.

The Forbush High School graduating class of 2017 will have their ceremony on June 6 at 5 p.m. The students will meet at the school for breakfast before heading to Wake Forest to spend all morning at Wait Chapel practicing. Nerves will be high, but the seniors will be more ready to graduate than they have ever been before.
