After a small fire was reported at the Yadkn Inn on Thursday night, the Yadkin County Sheriff's office along with the State Bureau of Investigation raided a room at the Inn on Friday, Dec. 10. Firefighters found chemicals in the room used to make methamphetamine. Officials said they had two possible suspects. However, no arrests were made at press time. A hazardous materials clean-up company from South Carolina was called in by the SBI to remove any dangerous chemicals from the room on Friday evening.
