Bobby Gray Turner, 77, of Yadkinville passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012.

He was born November 29, 1934, in Forsyth County to the late Lucille Turner Clinard. Bobby retired from RJ Reynolds.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a step-brother, Stuart Clinard. Surviving are his wife, Mildred Adams Turner; son, Tim (Michelle) Turner; grandchildren, Nicole Turner and Nathan Turner; and nephews.

His funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Forbush Baptist Church by the Rev. Joe Souther. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He will lie in-state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.

The family would like to thank the staff at Yadkin Nursing Care Center and Yadkin Valley Community Hospital for the love and care shown to Bobby.
