The 2010 State of the County Health Report and the 2011 Community Health Assessment are documents created by the Health Education Department of the Yadkin County Health Department.

The information in the reports can be used by the community to gain a better understanding of the health of our citizens and the priority health concerns that need to be addressed.

We are sharing this information with members of the community so that you can be informed and help us work towards a healthier Yadkin County.

The reports can be found on the Healthy Yadkin website at http://healthyyadkin.shutterfly.com/ as well as the Healthy Yadkin Page of the Yadkin County website. Hardcopies will also be available at the local libraries.
