The Yadkinville Police Department has arrested a Yadkinville man and charged him with indecent exposure.
Derrick Evan Warden, 26, of 303 Brown’s Court in Yadkinville was charged with multiple complaints of indecent exposure over a two-month period, from early June through July.
The victims, a 33-year-old female, and her two children, ages six and three, allege that Warden exposed his private parts to them on multiple occasions.
Warrants additionally allege that this repeated harassment lead to a subsequent charge of stalking.
Warden has been charged with four counts of indecent exposure and one count misdemeanor stalking.
Warden is awaiting his first court appearance under a $20,000 secured bond.
Police are continue to investigate additional incidents with other victims.
