The descendants of Bethania Hauser Williams Russell celebrated their 97th family reunion July 20-22, 2012. Donna and John Pinckney of High Point hosted this year’s reunion. The main event, a family picnic, was held at City Lake Park in Jamestown, NC. On Saturday family members met at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Yadkinville to remember and honor Bethania and family members. Family members traveled from states ranging from California to North Carolina to attend the event. The annual family meeting was conducted, event offices were elected and family members voted to hold next year’s reunion in Atlanta, GA.
