Ann Hutchens Brown
The Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office and Yadkinville Police Department charged a woman in connection with identity theft and felony conspiracy.
Ann Hutchens Brown, 45, of Yadkinville was arrested on two counts of financial card fraud, two counts of obtaining property under false pretense, identity theft and felony conspiracy.
Brown was using two credit cards she had obtained under false pretenses.
Brown was taken into custody and placed under a $5,000 secured bond. Other charges are still pending.
