Grant Henderson, 14, of Charlotte is the grandson of Jack and Ruth Henderson of Yadkinville. Grant went deer hunting for his first time and bagged a large, 8-point buck in Yadkin County on Dec. 1, 2012. Grant is a freshman at Providence Day School in Charlotte and the son of Phil and Shelly Henderson. It was an exciting time for the Henderson families.
