Ronald and Mary Muncus of Boonville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends on Feb. 16 with a reception at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Elkin.
The couples children are Chris (Donna) Muncus of Jonesville and Dawn (Chris) Matthews of Jonesville. The couple have two grandchildren, Adam and Garrett Matthews. Mr. Muncus retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Mrs. Muncus retired from Yadkin County Food Services. The couple were married February 17, 1963.
