David Lee Garris
The Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office on Monday arrested David Lee Garris, 33, of East Bend on charges of breaking and entering, felony larceny and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Deputies they received a report on February 4 of a breaking and entering and larceny from the victim’s residence, who is a family member of Garris, according to a sheriff’s office release.
After further investigation by detectives with the sheriff’s office it was discovered that Garris allegedly entered the residence of the family member and took several items while the victim was away from the home, according to the report.
Garris is currently being held at the Yadkin County Jail under a $15,000 secured bond.
