HMC/CAH has named Jeff Judd as the new CEO for Hoots Memorial Hospital. Judd has been an employee of HMC/CAH for many years. He is a resident of North Carolina and plans to maintain his home in Nebo for now.
Yadkin County Commissioners, on the advice of legal counsel, appointed themselves as the interim Board of Trustees for the hospital. Commissioner David Moxley was voted Chairman, Kevin Austin was voted Vice Chair and Brady Wooten is to serve as secretary/treasurer.
