Debbie Denise “Deb” Spainhour, 46, of East Bend, daughter of Betty Wooten Spainhour, passed away Friday, May 1, 2009.

She was born in Forsyth County on Dec. 31, 1962. 

She was self-employed as a cosmetologist. 
Surviving are her daughters, Colby Joyce, Caitland Spainhour, and Cassie Devin Evitt, all of the home; two older children, Kip Pendry and Kandy Pendry, both of Greensboro; and her fiancé, Chad Moseley, of the home. Her funeral service will be conducted today, May 6, at Huff Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Zak King officiating.

Burial will follow in the Forbush Friends Cemetery.

The family received friends Tuesday, May 5, at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend.
