May 14

Larceny of a dog, 2427 Hoots Road, suspect hit victim and then took her dog, $500 boxer bulldog, further investigation.

May 15

Harassing phone calls, 5313 Highway 21, Jonesville, further investigation.

May 26

Fraud, impersonation, Casmore Road, Boonville, unknown person fraudulently using person's Social Security number, further investigation.

Domestic assault, Starmount High School, Boonville, grabbing neck from behind, victim was 17-year-old Yadkinville student, cleared by arrest, two were in parking lot arguing again, and he had hit her, marks found, victim said she was trying to get her shoes back from subject, not first time with problems, last time he grabbed her by arm, he was told what would happen next time, cleared by arrest for domestic assault, Kyle Eathen Smith, 18, Old Highway 60, Hamptonville.

May 27

Larceny, Joe's Lake Road, East Bend, person took money from residence, further investigation.

Larceny, removing items from vehicle without owner permission, wedding band, bracelet, watch, computer, computer case, further investigation.

Civil matter, dog killed cat, 6024 Troy Lane, Jonesville, golden retriever killed tabby cat and has killed other animals in community.

Unruly juvenile, 4236 Eck Road.

Simple assault, 1022 John Clark Drive, East Bend, argument between brother and sister became physical, further investigation.

Marsha Castle Murrow, 27, of 922 Rhodes Road, Lexington, contempt of court, court violations.

Jack Brooks, 2497 Hoots Road, 62, larceny.

Burglary, forced entry, vandalism, 3632 Cool Pines Road, Jonesville, $200 damage, further investigation.

Fraud, Internet charges made using victim's card number, $280.66, further investigation, victim was Boonville woman.

Larceny from buildings, 1756 Hinshaw Road, stealing victim's pills from residence, $100 worth of Valium, further investigation.

Burglary, forcible entry, larceny, 5100 U.S. 21, Hamptonville, door open, costume jewelry, further investigation.

Seized firearms from 50-b order, ammo, weapons, Rockford Road, Boonville.

May 29

Contempt of court, perjury, court violations, $500 bond, Amy Danielle. Stanley, 30, 5536 Cedarbrook Road, Jonesville.

Simple assault, Shandi Nicole Lester, 25, 1016 John Clark Dr., East Bend.

Obtaining money by false pretense, larceny, 2133 Courtney-Huntsville Road, further investigation.

Noise complaint, Macedonia Road, East Bend, man said neighbors were having a party, drinking white liquor, smoking dope and firing guns, shooting into his residence, but no bullet holes were found.
