BOONVILLE — On June 26, the Yadkin County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Richmond Hill Church Road near Pulliam Road in Boonville. The search warrant was the result of citizen concerns, aggressive patrol, and extensive surveillance.

Three Yadkin County residents have been charged in the case.

Thomas Lee Pardon III, 43, Boonville, was arrested and charged with the following:

• One felony count of possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver methamphetamine

• One felony count of possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver marijuana

• One felony count of possession of marijuana

• One felony count of maintaining a drug dwelling for controlled substances

• Two felony counts of conspiracy to sell/deliver controlled substances

• Four felony counts of possession of a firearm by convicted felon

• Two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia

• Two misdemeanor counts of simple possession of schedules III and IV controlled substances

Pardon was held with no bond and has a court date on July 17.

Aubrey Clyde Edwards, 33, Boonville, was arrested and charged with the following:

• One felony count of possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver methamphetamine

• One felony count of possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver marijuana

• One felony count of possession of marijuana

• One felony count of maintaining a drug dwelling for controlled substances

• One felony count of possession of a firearm by convicted felon

• Two felony counts of conspiracy to sell/deliver controlled substances

• Two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia

Edwards was held with no bond and has a court date on July 17.

Randy Lee Barron Jr, 35, East Bend, was arrested and charged with the following:

• One misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia

• One misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon

Barron was released with a $1,500 unsecured bond and has a court date on July 17.

During the search, 23 grams of methamphetamine, 745 grams of marijuana, and a quantity of Schedule III and IV controlled substances. The controlled substances had a street value of more than $17,000. Four firearms, U.S. currency, and large amounts of drug paraphernalia were located and seized.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are pending against more suspects.
