JONESVILLE — On Saturday, the Jonesville Historical Society will hold a spring fling at the Yadkin Valley Senior Center.

At 5 p.m. for $7 a plate of spaghetti can be purchased. The meal will be homemade by culinary educated supporters of the historical society. The price includes a drink. Following the meal, Bingo will start at 6 p.m. with $25 covering 20 games.

All proceeds will benefit the Yadkin Valley Museum, Inc. which is known locally as The History Center. Because it is now a 501(c)(3), donations are tax deductible.

According to JHS President Becky Wood, there has been significant response to recent Bingo fundraisers. “We had so much fun before we thought we’d do it again,” stated Wood. “I’m hoping for about 100 people.”
