The Hugh Chatham Pulmonary Rehab Program celebrated National Pulmonary week with special, fun activities, refreshments and gifts. Pulmonary Rehab is a program designed to help people with chronic lung disease live better with their lung conditions. Teaching participants how to exercise and perform daily activities with less shortness of breath, the program offers education sessions on energy conservation, proper breathing techniques, stress management, proper nutrition, and disease management to help regain their maximum level of independence.
