Morgan White, Olivia Reynolds, Callie Trivette, Chasey Mullis and Julissa Zamora are the 2018 recipients of the Albert and Jessie D. Martin Scholarship. They are, from left, Morgan White, daughter of Brad and Sharron White is a 2010 graduate of Yadkin Early College and plans to attend High Point University, majoring in mathematics; Olivia Reynolds, daughter of Richard and Susan Reynolds is a 2018 graduate of Forbush High and plans to attend Lees-McRae College, majoring in elementary education; Collins Trivette, daughter of Brian and Carrie Trivette is a 2018 Starmount High School and plans to attend Surry Community College, majoring in elementary education; Chasey Mullis, daughter of Benjamin Mullis and Susan Cox is a graduate of Starmount High School and plans to attend Wilkes Community College, majors in early childhood development; and Julissa Zamora, daughter of Jonzalo Zamora is a 2018 graduate of Yadkin Early College and plans to attend Application State University, majoring in special education.
